Refund Policy

Activation numbers (one-time SMS)

Automatic refund: if no SMS is received within the wait time shown on your order (14–20 minutes, depending on the number), the order is cancelled automatically and the full price is returned to your balance.
Cancel anytime before a code arrives: you can cancel an active number and receive a full refund to your balance (some providers require a short waiting period before cancelling).
If the number is unavailable at purchase time, you are not charged / the charge is refunded instantly.
Once an SMS has been received, the order is complete and cannot be refunded.

You can cancel a rental within 20 minutes of purchase for a full refund, provided no SMS has been received.
After that, or once any SMS has been received, rentals are non-refundable.
If the provider cannot deliver the number, you are refunded in full automatically.

Refunds for orders are always credited to your account balance.
Deposited balance is generally not refundable to your original payment method. If a deposit was credited incorrectly or twice, contact us within 7 days.
Balance removed because of a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy is not refundable.
