Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of My Blog (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. The Service

My Blog provides temporary phone numbers (Virtual and Real Number categories) for receiving SMS messages, mainly one-time verification codes (OTP), as well as longer-term number rentals and a small set of public free numbers. Numbers are supplied by third-party providers; we do not own the underlying telecom networks.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
One person may not create multiple accounts to abuse free numbers, referral rewards or promotions.

3. Balance and payments

Purchases are paid from your prepaid account balance. Balance has no cash value outside the Service and does not earn interest.
Deposits made through third-party payment providers (e.g. Binance Pay, NOWPayments, local mobile wallets) are subject to their own terms and fees.
Balance transfers between users are final once completed.
Prices may change at any time; the price shown at purchase time applies to that order.

4. Numbers and SMS delivery

A purchased activation number is for a single verification. We cannot guarantee that a specific website or app will accept a number or will send an SMS.
If no SMS arrives, the order is cancelled and refunded to your balance as described in the Refund Policy.
Numbers may be reassigned by the provider after your order or rental ends. Never use them for accounts you need to recover later.
Free public numbers are visible to everyone. Messages sent to them are public.

5. Prohibited use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Using the Service for fraud, spam, harassment or any illegal activity is strictly forbidden and will lead to account termination without refund of remaining balance.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, show signs of fraud, or are involved in chargebacks or payment disputes. We may also cooperate with law-enforcement requests as required by law.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Blog is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost accounts, or losses caused by third-party providers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
